Dispatch and tracking

AlaskaChaga ships from Alaska via USPS within 1–2 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Your tracking number is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Destinations, rates and delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability and rates depend on the delivery address and order. Delivery times vary by destination, USPS service and customs processing; dispatch time is separate from transit time. Please use the delivery estimate shown at checkout, when available, and your tracking information after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

International customers should check local import rules for chaga and are responsible for customs duties and import fees.

Lost or damaged packages

Please contact us promptly if your package is damaged or appears lost. Keep the packaging and send photos of any damage so we can help with a USPS claim or trace and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
