Note: Please check your local laws and customs regarding the importation of chaga mushroom. Alaska Chaga is not responsible for customs duties or any miscellaneous fees at the post office. We encourage our customers to consult with their healthcare provider before purchasing our products. We are unable to provide medical advice to our customers.

Order Tracking

AlaskaChaga ships via USPS within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of receiving your order. Your tracking number will automatically be sent to the e-mail address you provide us at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Our packages are insured through USPS. If your package is damaged, please take photos and send us an e-mail so that we can begin the claim process and either refund or resend your order. If you suspect your package of being lost in the mail, please do not hesitate to e-mail us so that we can file a trace request with USPS. Out of only a handful of shipment lost in the mail over the years, USPS was able to successfully find and deliver them in good condition using our trace lost mail submissions.

Return Policy

Opened Products: For the safety of our customer, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Please contact us directly for any concerns about products that you have received.

Unopened Products: We accept returns for products within 30 days of the arrival date that are in new, unused condition. All safety seals on tincture products must be intact. The customer is responsibile for contacting us and then shipping the refundable products to our returns PO Box. Refunds are issued within a day or two or receiving the return package. Please note that the PO Box checked a couple times a week, not daily.
